Payment Methods

We accept payments via debit card, credit card, PayPal, and other secure payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase to confirm your order.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation within one hour. Please ensure the correct email address is entered when placing your order. If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us. 

Delivery Policy

Shipping costs: We are based in the UK and offer free delivery on all UK orders. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items.

We currently ship to the following countries:

UK, USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand

*Unfortunately, we no longer offer shipping to any EU countries or Northern Ireland due to the recent change in shipping regulations*

Dispatch timeframes: All orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. 

Shipping timeframes: International shipping takes 10-15 days once your order has been dispatched.

UK shipping takes 2-3 days once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information: Customers will receive a delivery tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. 

Please ensure the correct delivery address has been entered when placing your order. If you notice the wrong/incomplete address has been entered, please contact us straight away. We cannot update your address if your order has already been dispatched. 

No refunds will be given if the address was entered incorrectly by yourself and you haven't contacted us before we have dispatched the order.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns on any of our jewellery items.

We do offer exchanges. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.

*Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged*

Jewellery Care

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, please avoid contact with harsh chemicals and perfumes. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent discolouration and damage.

Most of our jewellery items are waterproof and tarnish free. Please check the product descriptions to see the jewellery material.
